Alysophil

Alysophil, an industry-focused company established in 2018 by chemical industry professionals, provides solutions for the safe and environmentally friendly production of molecules through compact reactors powered by artificial intelligence. This enables us to offer our partners a unique combination of AI technology and continuous flow chemistry:

• Designing in silico information using our AI framework, Alchemai (www.alchemai.ai): This may involve:

  • Production/quality improvement based on machine learning

  • Predicting molecule characteristics prior to synthesis

  • Constrained molecule generation

• Once this knowledge is acquired, we can conduct laboratory syntheses using continuous flow processes. During this phase, we can define an industrial process and gather economic data. Furthermore, our tools facilitate small-scale production runs (<10kg).

Building upon these technological foundations and extending beyond the research and development work mentioned above, Alysophil’s mission is to develop AI-enabled autonomous microfactories, known as ChemPocket, in collaboration with De Dietrich Process System. This forward-looking project aims to enhance molecule production safety, reduce costs, and localize the process.
