Functional analysis and project management

I spent 20 years in IT consulting firms in Belfort, Mulhouse and Strasbourg: first as a developer, then mostly as a technical and functional project manager (business analyst), and lately as a business manager. I learned to listen, to understand how a business really runs, to imagine solutions people like and that work, and to handle the urgent without ever sacrificing the important. I teach project management, Agile and test planning at CESI, an engineering school.
