Pollux : AI clones of expert employees to capture critical knowledge before it leaves the organization
Founder at Pollux
Strasbourg, France
About
Pollux captures critical expertise before it leaves the organization. When a senior expert retires or moves on, decades of tacit know-how often walk out the door. Pollux prevents that.
Through AI-led conversational interviews and multi-format ingestion, we structure what an expert knows into queryable knowledge units, then deploy a digital counterpart inside the tools teams already use (Teams, Slack, email). Colleagues ask questions in natural language and get reliable, sourced answers, with the clone explicitly flagging what it doesn't know rather than inventing it.
Built on sovereign European infrastructure for regulated and knowledge-intensive sectors. We turn individual expertise into a living, collective organizational asset.
